Crafted from durable 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, the mount features a CNC-machined body and a hard-anodized surface for reliable performance even in the most demanding environments.
The mount's TPU over-molded ball head ensures a secure, non-slip, and wear-resistant grip. Its tool-free design allows for easy installation and removal, making it suitable for use on a variety of surfaces, including handlebars, rear-view mirrors, and other round rails within the specified dimensions.
To provide a snug fit and protect the mounting surface, the package includes three soft rubber ring inserts in diameters of 0.5'' (12mm), 0.87'' (22mm), and 1'' (25.4mm). Users can add or remove these rings to accommodate handlebar diameters of 0.5'' (12mm), 0.87'' (22mm), 1'' (25.4mm), or 1.26'' (32mm).
When the rubber ring inserts are not used, the handlebar mounting base has a hole diameter of 1.26'' (32mm), allowing for compatibility with a wide range of mounting surfaces. The handlebar ball mount utilizes a rubber insert and lock-bolt system to prevent loosening in high-vibration environments, ensuring a secure and reliable hold on motorcycle, bike, and other vehicle handlebars, as well as rear-view mirrors and other round rails.
